Price – from $18,000 A bathroom requiring additional work to that above will fall into the mid to upper range of this category. Building works including: structural works, moving or removing walls and relocating doors, relocation of plumbing fixtures, installing new windows, ceiling/cornice, cutting of concrete slabs, customised cabinetry, semi-frameless shower screen, and specialist interior designers. Price – from $25,000 The final costs of a bathroom in this category generally include top end fixtures, fittings, and materials, such as frameless shower screens, exclusive floor or wall tiles, and designer vanities. Extending the existing floor plan beyond the external walls of the home (for example, changing the roofline, external framework and brickwork) will also bring the price into this category.
