What bathroom renovation areas do you cover?

We carry out bathroom renovations in Brisbane city and most surrounding northside & southside suburbs. Some suburbs that we have provided services are Salisbury, Carindale, The Gap, Holland Park, Kenmore etc. Talk to us to check that your suburb is included.

Do you provide free quotes for bathroom renovation services?

Yes, all our consultations are free. Our quote is valid for three (3) months. We come to site, take the time to talk through your options, and provide a free quotation based on the work discussed.

However, if excessive drafting is required, ie new areas, or changing rooms around, there may be a drafting fee, which is deducted from your quote if you proceed.

We also offer a Design only service, where we can provide full working drawings and advice on layout, fixture and fittings, lights and tiles. The cost of this can be quoted after discussion with you.

What other rooms do you renovate?

We can also renovate your laundry, ensuite, toilet and powder room.

How much would we expect a bathroom renovation to cost?

It is difficult to specify that until we have looked at your site. There are many contributing factors that make up bathroom renovation cost. Size of the room, site conditions, whether you tile to the ceiling or just wet areas. We give you a written quote that specifies all the work that is included in our quote. Do you include the cost of the fixtures and fittings in your quote?

We can do if you require it, but we believe that you should have the choice to choose your own fittings and fixtures ie tiles, toilets, basins, baths, tapware, vanities, lights, accessories fittings. Once you have signed a contract with us, we will guide you through that process, offering advice and competitive prices from recommended suppliers. This way we can make sure everything is ordered and on site before we start so that there are no delays once the job is commenced.

Do I have to be on site during the renovation?

We will ask you for a key which is kept in a lock box on site, that way you do not need to be concerned about letting the tradesmen in. Our tradesmen are professional and honest and have been with us for many years, and your job is personally project managed by one of the owners, who also works alongside the other trades.

How long will my bathroom renovation take?

We estimate three weeks if we can finish it any sooner we will, but we would rather be realistic and not let you down.

What happens to the building rubbish from our renovation?

The price of a skip bin is included in our quote and we use it while we are on site. We arrange for it to be collected a soon as we have finished the renovation.

What insurance do you have?

Our company and tradesmen are all insured appropriately and our Public Liability cover is $10,000,000.00.

Do you offer a warranty for bathroom renovations Brisbane?

Yes, we offer a 6.5 year warranty as specified by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission QBCC Licence Number 732730.
